As both a mother and midwife myself, I have a unique understanding of the specific nuances involved in running a successful practice …as well as the importance of simultaneously navigating a healthier work-life balance. Midwifery is such a needed profession, but unfortunately the way it’s traditionally done just isn’t always sustainable. As a result we have staggering rates of burnout. This is where I can help.
